Fingerboard EFC European Cup 2011 is successfully behind us and we bring a short report of the event to you. The course and organization of the race was organized very smoothly, everything goes swiftly and so well, without problems. How it all day but ran from the very beginning? With two days of preparation this year, organizers have left nothing to crash, and started the registration for riders in the race itself since 9 am. Shortly after starting 120 riders were ready to race. Approximately around 13:30 the race started. Each of the registered riders had about half a minute to make the best tricks what they know for experienced judges from +blackriver+ ProParcs, Woodguest Fingerboarding.eu and showed what it can do and how to handle the park designated for Fast Fingers 14, which was entirely of concrete. Driving accompanied Dr Speak (Fingerboarding.cz) Voři (CIS) and Timo Kranz (Berlin ASI). From the first qualifying round 40 riders fought their way into the quarter-final then sorted by nationality because of speaking.

In the quarter we saw an interesting faces of fingerboarding scene. Everyone had a chance to improve their driving in 40 seconds and play with the park. The semifinals in the top 20 riders headed as Dimitri Schlotthauer, Timo Kranz, Harald Schön or Raul Jörgensen. But most jurors liked ride and incredibly well known tricks by Dimitri, so he get really high.

At first glance, everyone have 3 and more letters but Dimitri not. He just returned tricks just as nothing. After a small tug of war with Raul sent fs pop into the board slide and Raul’s been reached. Dimitri becomes champion of Europe and takes away the main prize, the cup for first place, medal and 400EUR income.

Sponsors, as usual, had prizes for first twenty riders, which is a demonstration of support as it should be. Those who are not lucky, can also grab an obstacle or the board of the winners, because it flew from the podium a lot.
