Weather in this video looks like summer but everybody has a jacket in this video so it can’t be summer, it is probably autumn with really nice sunshine. Video comes from Russia and it is from some festival of extreme sports like skateboarding, in-line skating and also fingerboarding. I think it was kind of similar to Ladronka fest in Czech Republic. Many fingerboarders came here to film some footage with friends.
